Set up
The bottom bar carries the work — the doors every person opens every day. Adding an owner-only door to it would put a control in front of six people that one person uses once a month. So the way in is the account control: tap your name, Set up Ask Greg.

Everybody else's account menu is two items. Nobody is shown a door they cannot open, and nobody has to be told why it is missing.
Five sections, and they are the five questions an owner actually has.
It is not a different application. Same top line, same bottom bar, same behaviour: the section name sits in the header beside the workspace name, the bar never hides, and one tap puts the owner back in the work they left. Looking after the firm happens inside the product, not somewhere else.
On a laptop the bottom bar becomes the left rail it already becomes everywhere else, and the five sections render beneath Set up already open. Make this window wider and you will see it happen.
