The honest purpose of this screen is to let an owner answer "are we getting anything out of this" without asking anybody, and to find a free seat when they run out. It shows what the system actually observes and says plainly what it does not look at, because a screen that reports on people is a screen people will suspect.

It knows when somebody opened the app and which doors they used. It doesn't read anyone's messages, count keystrokes, or score anybody.
The meter is squares with a filled and a hollow form, and the count written out beside it. It reads identically to somebody who cannot tell red from green, and identically with no colour at all. No gauge, no bar that turns a different shade as it fills.
Free this seat appears only on the rows where it is true. A control that is present-but-disabled on five rows teaches people to ignore it on the sixth.
When there is nothing to say, it says so. On a firm's first week the card reads "Only you so far, so there's nothing to compare yet" — never an empty chart, never an invented figure. A number on this screen is real or it is absent.
