Stakeholder Review and Approval Workflows

Teaches students to manage the multi-stakeholder review process that determines whether training content ships on time and at quality. Covers review cycle design for different stakeholder types (SME, brand, legal, management), triaging conflicting feedback against learning objectives, managing version control and commenting workflows, securing written approvals, and setting revision limits in contracts. Students learn that review management is a project management skill, not just a communication skill.

Includes a freelance contract excerpt with revision limit clause.
