Privacy Policy

AI Uni ("we", "us") is a learning platform that teaches professional skills for the AI economy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What We Collect
- Email address — used for account access and login, stored securely by our authentication provider.
- Session data — chat messages with the AI tutor, session progress, tutor notes, exercise submissions, and reading briefs. This is your learning record.
- Feedback — anything you submit through the feedback form or share with your tutor about the product experience.
- Usage data — page views on this site: which page, when, and the page you came from if your browser tells us. We count these ourselves rather than through an analytics product, and this site sets nothing that would recognise you on a later visit — so we can count visits but not visitors. That is a smaller number than we could have had, and an honest one.
How We Use It
- To deliver your courses and track your progress
- To improve the tutoring experience and curriculum
- To respond to your feedback and support requests
That's it. We don't use your data for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to your education.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
- We don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- We don't train AI models on your data. Your chat logs and exercises are yours.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Authentication cookies — set by our authentication provider to keep you logged in.
- A visit cookie — groups the pages you read in one sitting, so one person reading four pages isn't counted as four people. It expires 30 minutes after your last page view, and it cannot recognise you when you come back.
We don't use marketing cookies or third-party trackers.
Third-Party Services
- Authentication provider — handles login and stores your credentials securely
- Hosting provider — serves the site and the application
- AI service provider — powers the AI tutor. Your messages are sent to generate tutor responses. Our AI provider does not use API inputs to train models. See their privacy policy.
- Payment processor — handles payments when applicable. We don't store your payment details.
Data Retention
Your learning data (session history, progress, reading briefs) is retained as long as your account is active. If you want it deleted, email privacy@bisbe.xyz and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email privacy@bisbe.xyz — a person reads that mailbox and answers you.
