Available is what is in the building minus what other orders are already holding. Held counts those holds against the current numbered run, so on a piece selling beyond its run it stops at the run size rather than climbing past it. A hold becomes a shipment when fulfilment starts, and goes back on the shelf if an order is pulled. The run bar counts the current numbered batch only — on hand can span several runs of the same piece.
