How it works
Nothing to install, nothing to log into at your desk. A small generator writes one file you open in a browser. Everything on it is a fresh photograph of work that lives in RoadWork and the design record — editing Pulse changes nothing.
The heartbeats
A card shows only what the system can verify — the task, the last time it moved, the state it wrote itself. Never a guess about what an agent is "thinking". State reads by glyph + word + brightness, never by a red-or-green color alone.

When the heartbeats stop arriving, Pulse marks the board Last known / No signal from the last-moved time itself — it says so plainly instead of showing a green all-clear it can't verify.
Leaving the desk, one push sends the view's data — structured, scrubbed, no code or secrets — to a login-gated page that updates itself in real time on your phone. No reload, no redeploy, no credits.
When one is waiting on you, its card links straight to its RoadWork lane — a read-only preview inside Pulse, with no edit control, and an "Open in RoadWork" to actually change it.

To change work you open RoadWork; to change a requirement you open the design record. That's exactly what makes it safe to close, throw away, and re-generate in a second.
