Team · inviting
Inviting is a pushed detour and carries the stamp that says so, and it hands the owner back to the exact row they were on. The confirmation is the part most invite flows get wrong, so it is written out in full underneath the button.
The rest of the address fills itself in from the one your firm already uses.
A second owner is worth having from the start — one holiday, one lost phone, and a firm with a single owner is on the phone to somebody else.
Pre-ticked from the default you set. Two taps changes them for this one person.
Dana will get an email from Ask Greg. She picks her own password — you never see it and you never set it. Inviting her holds one of your 10 seats; if she never opens it, cancel the invite and the seat comes back. She'll land in Ask, with Rooms and Customers open to her.
Every clause in that paragraph retires a question we would otherwise be asked: who sends it, do I set the password, does an unopened invite cost me a seat, and what does she actually see when she gets in.
What happens when there is no seat left: the refusal.
