Your team's channels, the messages in them, and which ones you have not read yet.

Only the business the records belong to can see them, and the database is what stops anyone else — not a check somebody could forget.

And within your business, only the rooms you are actually in.

No. Nothing outside reaches your channels, and your own assistant cannot read them either.

Your channels are not in the download. Take your world out as files and the rooms are not in it.
