What this app is
A CRM for a resort-wear house that sells to properties across the Caribbean, Mexico and Florida — built for a rep working from a phone, in a lobby, with a buyer standing in front of them.
What makes it different from a notebook is that it knows what is actually in stock. A quote is priced and checked against the real book as you build it; approving an order holds those pieces; shipping takes them off. So the number on the screen is the number in the room.
When the app drafts something for you — an order from a text message, a follow-up after a visit — it never sends it. It queues it, you read it, and you decide. Everything it does is written down with the handle that undoes it, on the Activity screen.
