"She can't see the customers screen"

From any team row, the owner steps into that person's exact app, read-only. It ends the whole conversation, because the owner stops describing the problem and starts looking at it — and never has to work out whether the fault is her, her phone, or us.

Customers isn't on her bar

Not greyed out, not locked — not there. That is what she has been describing on the phone, and it took you four taps to see it.

What this view is not

It shows only what Dana can see. It is not a way to read her messages, and the band across the top says so and cannot be scrolled away.

The band is the one piece here that would be dangerous if it were subtle. It must be impossible to lose, it must state that nothing writes, and it must carry the way back — all three, at all times.

Look at the bottom bar. Four doors, not six: Dana was never given Customers or Work, so they are absent rather than teasing. Compare it with what the owner ticks.
